Responsibilities:
1.Provide a bridge for smooth communication between internal and external departments.
2.Establish and administer a process for tracking team daily tasks and KPI.
3. Maintain, track and follow up on management and team project lists and goals.
4.Attend staff meetings, take notes and follow-up on outstanding agenda items.
5. Assist management with team building and culture.
6. Organize domestic & International travel management for the whole company.
Requirements:
1.Strong communication skills.
2.Strong organizational skills, with excellent attention to details.
3.Forward looking thinker who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions.
4.Extremely reliable character with a demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
5.Fluent in English, verbal and written.
6.Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience.
